This Privacy Policy describes how Magic Gift ("the App") handles information related to its users. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
The App does not require or provide user accounts or login. We do not collect usernames, email addresses, or other personal identifiers as part of the App's normal operation.
The App requests access to the device camera solely to provide the App's functionality (for example: taking photos, AR features, or scanning). The App uses the standard Android permission android.permission.CAMERA. Camera data is processed locally on the device and is not uploaded to our servers.
Except for transient data required for local operation (for example, a photo you choose to save locally), we do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to our servers. The App does not retain any personal information on remote servers.
The App may play bundled internal audio files (for example sound effects or background music) that are included with the App package. Playback of these files does not involve collection or transmission of personal data.
The App displays advertising via third-party ad networks. When you interact with or view ads, you may be redirected to third-party content or web pages. The App does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. Third-party ad networks or advertisers may collect or process information as described in their own policies.
If a particular ad opens external content (a webpage, another app's landing page, or app store listing), any information exchanged with that content (including device identifiers or browsing data) is governed by the privacy policy of the third party serving that content.

LevelPlay may collect device-level information such as advertising identifiers and share it with its partner ad networks in accordance with their respective privacy policies. The App may also use analytics or measurement tools to help improve user experience. These services collect only aggregated, non-personal information.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
We take reasonable measures to protect any data processed locally on the device. Because no personal data is transferred to or stored on our servers, risks related to server-side breaches are minimal.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
